We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, using Large Letter postage or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the size and requirements of your order.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Personalised and handmade items may require additional preparation time, which will be specified on the relevant product page.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times for other Royal Mail services vary depending on the service used.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We aim to ensure your order arrives within the delivery timeframe agreed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking information will be provided for orders sent using a tracked service.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number.
